Before property, I spent over a decade as a police detective, working in high-pressure, people-focused environments where communication, trust, integrity and sound judgement were essential. That experience shaped how I operate: reading situations quickly, communicating clearly, managing expectations, solving problems and building confidence with a wide range of people.

Those skills now underpin everything I do — and how I work with landlords, investors and guests alike.

I’m known for being calm, responsive and transparent, someone who says what they’ll do, and then quietly gets on with doing it.

For landlords, that means clear communication, respectful care of their property and confidence that their asset is being managed properly.

For investors, it means thorough due diligence, thoughtful decision-making, risk awareness and practical problem-solving.

For guests, it means high standards, attentive service and a genuinely well-considered stay.

Alongside my policing career, I built Rosie Obeney Flowers, a luxury wedding floristry brand known for nature-inspired design, exceptional standards and the calm confidence I bring to complex, high-pressure projects. That same attention to detail, aesthetic instinct and professionalism now carries through into property.
